Seven Network - Programs and Schedules

Seven trying to fool viewers by not initially marking next Monday’s episode as the final.
Before the schedule was scheduled, I was thinking all three reality shows (House Rules, Ninja, MasterChef) would have the grand final on Tuesday, July 31, which would have created Australian TV history. In financial terms this is called triple witching. In the past there had been more than one reality show starting on the same night, but not ending on the same night.

Such a long season - it really could have finished the night of the Home and Away 30 year special.

Why can’t Seven cut back on Late Night Advertising?

It’s essentially the same show that originally aired on Foxtel- same re-enactments and interviews with investigators and other people involved only it has been re-packaged with Doran’s introduction, stand ups and narration.

Felt like it was straight from 2005 too. Didn’t even bother with new graphics, I think they even recreated the old look for a name bar for Matt.

The Single Wives should be moved to 9.30 or 7Flix. It will destroy any chance of success 9-1-1 has. Can they bring the final season of 800 Words into the 7.30 Wednesday slot and run LOl specials on Thursday’s?

Obviously it worked.

Wasting the House Rules finale lead in on Gordon Ramsey. That’s a bit sad when they have likely long running new US drama assets gathering dust (9-1-1) and local drama that could benefit from support (800 Words).

Single Wives Club gone from Wednesday yet episode 5 is still airing on Thursday. Are they just skipping episode 4 that was initially scheduled on the Wednesday in the above fixture? Or was there a typo on one of them?

Don’t really care  but for what it’s worth, no episodes are skipped in the current line-up (yet).

This week episode 3 and 4 of The Single Wives will be shown, so next week should have been episode 5 and 6, until Seven decided to move ep5 to Thursday and push back ep6 to the following week. At least the premiere of 9-1-1 will have a more compatible lead-in.

What took them so long?

You’re very impatient.

How many episodes are there of Single Wives?

Too many. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Damn you beat me to it.
