Seven Network - Programs and Schedules

There’s no way the first Instant Hotel isn’t going to run way over too.

This is an absolute disgrace. Everywhere else has The Secret Daughter promoted as 8.40pm Tuesday.

I predict it right now. The show is dead before it even screens and Seven killed it.

What about timeshifted numbers for The Secret Daughter? Are Seven counting on these to be high for it?

God who can keep up with all these changes?

At least Seven did the right thing by giving The Secret Daughter a 8.30pm timeslot, however it will now be up against tough opposition in Gruen and Rosehaven on ABC.
The figures for the Jonathan Ross Show were shocking (with no promos I may add) it did not deserve to be on the main channel. It should be on 7TWO.

Are there any repeats of Liar yet? I was going to ask about the Good Doctor too, but I see the repeats are on Monday.

Tell me about it :disappointed_relieved:

None scheduled

Nooo don’t want to resort to plus7. My recording failed on Monday.

Right

So the promo I saw less than 4 hours ago, will now have to be edited (again). My God what are Seven doing!?

Good decision though

It could backfire though, as the past week or two has been saying for next Tuesday (Melbourne Cup day)

The programmers are all probably running around the conference room like chooks with their heads cut off today, and making decisions, on the run. :joy:

They’re destroying it for themselves.

They’ve got the ratings winners (Wall, Good Doctor and you’d think Secret Daughter) but it’ll just anger and confuse the audience.

How many people would already have in their head or scheucled that Secret Daughter is Melbourne Cup day (Tuesday)?

So silly, Good Doctor should’ve been over Wednesday and Thursday. I wonder why not?

It should have been an easy decision to make.

Drop The Grand Tour next week and replace it with The Good Doctor. So the first week it was Tue&Thu and the next week it would be Wed&Thu.

Not much disruption and The Secret Daughter would screen in its originally advertised timeslot, which has been printed in TV guides, newspaper/magazine stories and will probably appear uncorrected online too.

The series link on Fetch will follow it around quite nicely. If I miss it I can still watch it.

Why can’t Seven put The Grand Tour at 9:40 Thursday’s and Air New Double Goldbergs after that? It’s better this way.

Sunday November 5 at 11:30 is The Grand Tour on Seven, Either New or Repeat?

Obviously repeat. Why would they waste a new episode in such a timeslot?

Just re-read an article discussing what I was trying to say.

Star Wars distribution rights will shift from 20th Century Fox to Disney (now that Lucasfilm are owned by the latter), but not until May 2020. This is for theatrical and home media only.

Disney already handles digital (as of 2015) and thus to TV networks (Seven picked-it up via Disney in late 2015).

Had the time wrong.

However, this doesn’t include Indiana Jones, that’s oddly still under Paramount (which Seven coincidently also have).

Except for the original Star Wars movie which Fox financed, so Fox will still own it; and Paramount financed Raiders of the Lost Ark and bought rights to the series which explains why they still own the distribution rights to the older imovies.
