Hawks with gold background and brown numbers tonight, matching their jumpers. Just makes me think why they didn’t match white with Collingwood last Sunday 
Watching some of the highlights from tonight’s game featuring the Seven commentary.
James Brayshaw definitely sounded more animated. A bit more like the ‘Triple M’ version of JB. Good to see.

With 7WA having their own commentary (and I think graphics) for Sunday matches at Optus, it will be interesting to see who the AFL takes for their highlights etc, 7 will probably use their feed for any highlights on their socials.
I’m going to assume that AFL will take the host broadcaster who should be Fox. Unless it changes because 7 has their own feed?

No only Sunday games at Optus stadium
AFL would likely use the Fox broadcast since it’s a Fox allocated game.

Interesting to see Fox’s “Super Saturday LIVE” scoreboard graphic on the delayed 7mate telecast. I figured it might be replaced with a more generic graphic for Seven’s feed, but no.

That looks very amateur, surely 7 would be able to cover it up with a standard AFL logo?
Anyone seen Fox’s ‘generic’ wipe on the 7 delayed broadcast yet? Won’t be on the AFL replay until tomorrow.
At least Seven made good on their promise to crackdown on location with 7Plus and the new broadcast deal

7+ seems to be using the location from the phone and not the location that’s put into the app profile (which can be changed easily)

I saw one before play in the Sydney V Brisbane game. It contained the good old triangle like the old generic wipe. The rest of the wipes I noticed used team logos.

Ah, the old triangle with a dint in it. Well either someone can try & cap it tonight or worst case the replays for today’s games will be up on the AFL website tomorrow.

Looks like 7+ does have mini match highlights of Fox matches from today (1 uploaded so far)
Maybe they haven’t adjusted it yet and it’s only supposed to be available for local non vic market but I can watch 8min mini match of the Cats v Freo

I can also see mini match of Geelong v Fremantle on 7plus here in Melbourne.
Looks like they are added 10 hours after the match starting time.
All the mini matches are available. Even the Bulldogs vs Kangaroos which is a fully Fox exclusive match. So similar to the BBL on 7+ where they got the highlights of Fox exclusive matches.
I’m going to assume, local market Fox matches will have the full replay while everyone will have the mini matches of all the games.

VFL is on the schedule from next Saturday. Don’t know if 7 got the VFL to start some of these Saturday matches later because non of these are night matches
