I’m not saying it can’t happen. I just find it ridiculous if it supposedly happened in those missing six months when we really had no suggestion that Olivia was interested in Saskia (or women in general), in all the previous episodes.
well we do not know what in the 6 months . maybe saskia and olivia spent more time together and a realtionship developed and before you can say it cant happen , it can happen and does happen and not not ridiculous at all
Or maybe she was just in white and the head scarf thing was indicated she had lost her hair from being through more treatment?
She definitely said that she finally got married and Melanie was supposed to be there as bridesmaid but went into labour. So that was why she was in a wedding dress. Dark is could have been her partner or equally she might have been a bridesmaid.
I have just started watching this on 7plus. I don’t often watch a lot of channel 7 and gave this a miss when it first went to air. The first 10 minutes or so were slow, so i can understand why seven didn’t want to show any ad breaks (I believe that was what happened with this). But it really picked up towards the end of the first episode.
NBC is adapting the series, which will be called Ties That Bind in America.
Another Seven Studios show getting an international adaption. Said it before and will say it again - Seven’s abandoning creating formats/shows is a crazy long-term decision. It’ll be an even dumber move if they eventually sell the company

The series has been sold to TVNZ and Indonesian streaming and pay TV service Mola TV, according to Television Business International. Israeli company Keshet is the international distributor.
The entire series will be streamed on TVNZ website on May 14.
UPDATE 27/5:
The drama has also been sold to Channel 4 UK, RTE in Ireland, as well as broadcasters in four European countries.
There will be an American adaptation.
