Hahaha, it was a tongue-in-cheek about it being the Sharks Spiritual Home :stuck_out_tongue:

The Sharks’ spiritual home is either in Perth or in my fish and chips. :stuck_out_tongue:

If you’re trying to get a reaction out of me, it ain’t gonna work :stuck_out_tongue:

I didn’t think of you when I said that.

I was thinking which shark was made into battered fish.

This game is a grind to watch. Also, Dugan is an idiot. Deserves his 10 in the bin.

Agree. A dumb tackle.

It’s old fashioned low scoring footy, very defence orientated.
Makes a nice change from the 40-30 score lines we’ve been seeing this year.

@Radiohead Congrats with the win. Sure, i would have liked to see the Dragons win, but the Sharks did deserve to win from the let go.

That game was a punish to watch.

Thanks, but I think both teams were pretty even in the end.
Ben Hunt’s general kicking game was great for the Dragons, much better than Townsend’s.
Goal kicking was another difference, Townsend kicked better than Norman.

Glad that the Sharks have broken their 6 game losing streak, but it was against a heavily depleted Dragons side. It still doesn’t give me much hope of the Sharks making the finals this year, it’s still a faint hope, but very unlikely.

It wasn’t the prettiest, but it was close and an exciting finish.
Obviously a lot of dew about, with both teams dropping a lot of ball and slipping over.

Sure, the dew

Did you actually watch it?

Both teams were equally affected.

The game was dank, the dank! :stuck_out_tongue:

I wonder if some bright spark will start wearing gloves in games where the ball is wet.

You know i was thinking about the glove option as it may lessen the impact of high tackles. And as it’s been said that headgear doesn’t help much. Not as big and thick as boxing gloves though.

I don’t think gloves will help with wet footballs though.

I did. I was making a tongue in cheek comment directed towards the quality of the game.

I just got the biggest laugh I’ve had in ages!

Last year’s wooden spooners beating the Chooks 34-16 on their home turf!

I didn’t really want either team to win. But sucked in to the Rorters.
