I was thinking tonight, if the FTA catch up services can happily show how long the ad break will last, why not show that on FTA itself.
It actually makes it feel like the ad break goes quicker when thereâs a countdown timer

We had no Channel Ten when growing up. We had the ABC Education shows âFor The Juniorsâ and the like when we were sick. I remember once my sister and I were both sick pre-aggregation so we got moved into the one bedroom and got the new TV from mum and dadâs room (just a small portable one) and I got the remote for the morning and she got it for the afternoon.
So, right on 12:00 it changed over to Southern Cross and she went to sleep. She didnât want to watch the other channel, she just didnât want me watching anything good.
