To try to better capture these RDS launches (and PI changes), I’ve set up an RDS monitoring dashboard using my TEF servers. I created a summary table that shows me any RDS signals captured across my 7 FM antennas (which continually scan for RDS when no one is connected) that don’t match with FM-DX-Webserver’s RDS database:
It can also just be used as a general RDS logging/monitoring tool, with filtering as desired:
It even does mapping, which is nice:
Next step is to add automatic IM/email notifications for when it detects a new unidentified RDS signal.
