Thanks @Radiohead the RDS List has now been able to be updated with the KIIS/WSFM Standby transmitter & RDS Encoder output settings & data.
I note that both the KIIS & WSFM RT A/B flags are correctly switching on this RDS encoder. 
But on the downside the WSFM is transmitting RDS CT that is ~58minutes slow.
Perhaps something for @RFBurns to check next month?
Also a question for @melb_mateyy0 or @Moe or anyone else in the Melb area with a RDS receiver/SDR. Can anyone confirm the RDS PS of “South Coast FM” 88.1/89.1/89.5
I received a partial PS decode & thinking it might now be something like: ‘SthCoast’ ?
