I’ll be avoiding trains as much as possible, especially in peak hour times .If I catch one in the early morning at my closest train station (Morningside)it will be very crowded before it stops here if its a 3 car service
as theres plenty of stations before mine
I’m not looking forward to the three-car trips through Lindum this week with the reduced timetable, I miss the express services I used to get
New pet peeve. The word Mickelberg and anything associated with it.
It’s negotiation, please stop trying to avoid it like the plague.
In fairness it’s better than the codes they use like CACA and BRBR and VLBD currently although on the information displays it’s usually “City & [insert terminus here]” or “[insert terminus here]” and the line colour. Things like CACA and CAIP don’t help, especially when a line is short running due to track work
That Mickelberg looks like a big unit, doesn’t he? I bet Mr Mickleberg could sort out your state’s transport worries by running that Mickleberg package at the unions, couldn’t he? 4MMM could now stand for 4 Mickleberg Mickleberg Mickleberg - could stand for the number of kids less one he has. I reckon deep down you really love Mr Mickleberg with all his Mickleberg goodness.

Had no idea who he was .. so Googled him.
Yep, might get a call up from QLD Origin selectors yet!
Got no idea where to post this, but I’m peeved.
How come Gina Reinhardt can have violent anal rape held up as satire on the abc, yet Tara Moriarty wants to take offence with social media posts.
I can’t see the difference, I’m no fan of either but why support a platform for one but defend the other . Is it one of Ashbys plans? Or are some people worth more attention and respect in the abc lenses.
There’s some words I didn’t want to read in the same sentence…
My Pet Peeve today is keyboard warriors who don’t understand that a weather forecast is a scientific prediction of what is the most likely outcome and isn’t a 100% garuntee.
I can adhere to that
Especially as a ‘Storm-Chaser’ myself.
The weather is unpredictable.. Just look back at that 1999 Sydney Hailstorm. Wasn’t forecasted yet became the worst storm disaster in Australia (to my knowledge)
Fairly sure the September 2016 storms in SA top that (statewide blackout, massive flooding, a mini tornado)
I think it was something to do with the damage cost or something
Either way… weather is unpredictable
