Just crossing the $10 million mark around the 10pm AWST point.
Are we on the same pace as last year?
10.19pm: Crossing $700 million all-time.
I am old enough to remember when we raised $10 million as the grand total for Telethon only 12 years or so ago.

The broadcast is using a NEP 4K OB van & I counted 10 cameras in use. 8 in the main auditorium (5 pedestal, 2 h/held, 1 Jib) & 2 in the call centre.

For some reason, 7flix coverage of Telethon appears to be in Perth as well.
Wonder how many - even if it’s little - watches it via that feed instead of the primary channel.

UPDATE:
Stan Perron Charitable Foundation has donated $10 million to Telethon, boosting the total to just under $25.1 million.
Talked about time sensitivity. Brisbane will see this in 10 minutes, when the total might have doubled.
The $21.4 million raised from last night’s ball will be added to this year’s total later today.
The silent auction included a chance to appear on Home and Away, which will see one lucky bidder make their TV debut.
