It’s an instant station changer for me
I prefer the original to the remix tbh.
Yeah.
Actually, I should have done the same. I’ve been nursing a mild headache ever since.
Singing along to it probably didn’t help matters.
Lol! You probably came too fast.
Paging 96 FM.
When 4KQ still exited, they used to flog it to death
Yep. They sure did. It always seemed to elbow its way into the classic nine at nine on a very regular basis.
Now listen, oh we’re steppin’ out’…
Another song that suffered the same fate is Ocean Drive by Duke Dumont. Started on the J’s in 2015 and then spread like a disease on HIT Metros and Triple M Regionals to this very day.
I still like to dance with the devil very occasionally on The Conga Line (but then, I don’t listen to commercial radio, hence am unsure how much it still gets played).
6.20 Australian Eastern STANDARD Time. 4BH
Horror Movie - Shirley & the Boys Horrible song. Instant headache material.
Even worse than Skyhooks?
4BH 8.08AM - Dreamlover Glenn Shorrock
I think even Glenn Shorrock would agree it’s a great song but his version is a pretty lame-ass effort. Snore fest.
Yet the Bobby Darrin is absolutely sensational. Full of vim, vigour and vitality.
Rod Stewart, “You’re in My Heart “ look again 4BH /ACE Radio,he had many more hits besides this one.
Carly Simon , “ You’re So Vain”
One that admittedly (and thankfully) doesn’t get played much anymore, but just popped up on WSFM
Killing Me Softly - The Fugees
Time certainly hasn’t done that one any favours, still hurts my ears as much as it ever did.
Awful song
Haha I love it.
Mind you my RnB playlist does get questionable looks from my 13 year old niece, so
Would never have picked you as an RnB guy!
The original is the best
Absolutely! Also jazz and country.
My music tastes make eclectic look normal
I don’t mind a bit of country too.
Still pop and rock mostly for me though.
