It’s very local. The whole point of this is that Jase and Lauren are continuing the give their audience the same show. Other cities don’t want to hear all the Melbourne references, including their listener promotion for their OB on Thursday, and to tone it down to make it national would defeat the point.

The article says they return Tuesday 28 January.

From January 28, remaining local Breakfast shows return across Nova stations, including Nova 96.9, Nova 100, Nova 919 and Nova 93.7.

They seem to be going later than SCA but they’ll be back before nova.

It’s seems that Nova have decided they’ll connect better to the audience by aligning with school holidays rather than the survey schedule.
Interesting to see that the Chrissie Swan moving to Smooth rumour didn’t eventuate, and Ben Liam and Belle get another year. It makes Nova very stable with minimal lineup changes for 2025.

It was previously announced that the new Triple M Melbourne breakfast with Mick Molloy, Nick Riewoldt, Titus O’Reily and Rosie Walton would debut on January 20, 2025.
