The Twitter account for KTM has now been updated to Kate, Tim and Joel along with the new branding.
Their Facebook account name remains as Kate, Tim and Marty. Although, the URL has been updated to reflect the change.

I’d like to see this happen, I mean… FM breakfast radio in Australia isn’t very locally focused. K&J for example is celebrity news and gossip and Fifi Fev & Byron is just Fifi and Fev talking about their kids (and how much Uber eats Fev eats).
Nothing local about that those examples but it’s engaging and will work no matter work.

Agree. Joel’s photo looks like someone who has no idea how they got into this role.
Any word on whether they’ll be live 3-4pm? Especially today when they have no prerecorded content/best bits available as yet.

Seems to all be part of a joke though. They are running promos where he is saying that he has no idea what he’s doing. He asks whether there is a manual for him to read and decides that he’s sure it will be alright when he starts and asks: What could possibly go wrong?

They really need to just do a live shift - either 3-6pm or 4-6pm.
Best bits 3-4pm weekdays is a waste. Save it for 5-6am weekdays instead.

They did a pre-recorded bit as an intro, just after 3pm with Joel talking about joining the show.
Since 4pm he’s live in the studio. First half hour and he’s been really good. Better than I thought. Ha sounds natural and confident and the banter is flowing.
