Honestly, someone should have set up a live stream for metro viewers lol

The old dark blue one with the capital lettering? or one from earlier package?

I’m sure there’ll be plenty of clips posted to YouTube!

In any case…while it’s very interesting to hear about these major changes happening in regional TV, I’ve got to say that I am thankful to live in a major metropolitan area which won’t be affected! Really…I’m based in a market where TV viewers have often complained about not being able to receive all FTA channels on their Foxtel iQ boxes, I’d hate to imagine how they would react if the programing of two commercial networks switched places on the dial!

I honestly wonder what would have happened if STW and NWS was still owned by WIN…

I hate to imagine. If it wasn’t for that last minute figuring out reach limits, Nine Perth would be still owned by WIN.

Extra on WIN now only airing 1 ad in the ad breaks to try and get through the program quickly.

Probably not much. What else would they do up against O&O Seven and Ten stations? They were pretty much locked in to Nine in those markets or to go independent which was hardly an option.
