@WAtvVideos Looks like your upload has been blocked by FOX. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: What did WIN do this time?

:frowning:

PRG was stuck like that for about 10 mins

Oh WIN. They are so useless. :relieved: Someone should lose their job ASAP. :yum:

I see WIN WA still has ‘HD’ on the PRG and watermark. I presume this is a permanent thing now? Still nothing on WIN Tas.

Very permanent. It has remained on-screen during commercials, news, everything for a couple of days now.

Still? Surely someone would’ve noticed and fixed it already. That’s worse than SCA9’s efforts. :expressionless:

WIN have totally lost the plot since July 1. They clearly don’t care about anything anymore for whatever reason.

It started off by being timed incorrectly. It would fade in when a commercial break starts and fade out when a PRG fades out. Now it’s just on all the time.

This is now a typical regional affiliate problem. Somewhere in the chain, from both Nine and Ten, there’s a really unreliable source telling their systems when to trigger the HD watermark add-on. WIN never used to struggle with this under their Nine affiliation. It looked as though they had separate playouts for SD and HD. The HD channel had its own WIN HD watermark and PRG, for example.

I wonder if SCA are having issues with the HD add-on on their TEN HD in Northern NSW.
Wrong thread I know, but speaking of SCA, I’ve noticed over the last few days that they have finally corrected the timing errors on 9Tas (9Go! and 9Gem) and are currently cleanly cutting to the local ads without any issues. Something I can’t say about WIN’s Eleven and One which has some serious timing issues still.
That’s true. All seems very strange to me with all these ongoing issues.

If we could just work out why they have stopped caring …

Maybe it’s because they are now affiliated with Network Ten?.:stuck_out_tongue:

Most people probably wouldn’t notice… Color scheme is right for Nine anyway.

Whoops! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Haha - This occurred during Ten’s weekly “recovery mode” last Wednesday afternoon. :slightly_smiling_face:

The PQ is quite degraded as it is when this happens, yet WIN make it look a thousand times worse with their blob covering up Ten’s watermark. Then mistakes like the above inevitable happen.
