Nine Tennis Coverage

Nine have hosted from the studio every time we have had a home tie.

Todd & Jelena commentated the first match and the world feed the second

Thats the first time i watched via 9now. 25fps is so awful for tennis

And Todd and Jelena are probably in the GTV studios in Melbourne.

9GO’s coverage of Australia v Belgium will go beyond the scheduled finish time of 8pm AEST tonight, with both teams tied at 2-2. After losing the two singles matches yesterday, the Aussies won the doubles and the first reverse singles match this afternoon.

The ongoing match will head to the deciding set by the looks of things.

History could be televised and I’m here for it.

Well they were on-site for the 2022 Davis Cup Qualifier

The commentary track on the world feed has collapsed, Todd Woodbridge calling solo from studio.

Technical difficulties, shown for about 3 seconds. World feed has dropped, back to local commentary with Todd Woodbridge

The failed comeback ended 8.23pm.

Lol. I was wondering what was going on. Did they lose the feed?

Next tennis coverage is Billie Jean Cup 14-16 Nov

Shows how little pay attention to the Davis Cup now. Forgot about that one

91,000 followed Australia’s comeback attempt last night.

Considering what was happening on the primary channel, that is decent.

Wonder what will be the other concurrent sports event that would keep the AUS-BRA match off the main channel.

Surely not Pacific Championships.

I think Australia v Brazil could be kept off the main channel in case of rain delays or matches going overtime.

It’s a relegation BJK Cup tie. No way it would be on a main channel
