Yes, as was discussed when SR started, Nine/Stan are using Sky’s package for their rugby union coverage. Still a Nine production.

Ah, I thought it was a world feed shared between Sky/Stan/Nine hence the surprise seeing the Stan Sport logo in the graphics. Apologies

Yeah I was confused too aha! Not sure to be perfectly honest as to why they didn’t create a SR specific and styled package for all broadcasters rather than use Sky’s.

It is interesting they’re now using this outside of Super Rugby productions though.

I guess what else would they use? They don’t really have a generic Nine style, unlike say 10.

I assumed they’d circle back to the test rugby graphics they’ve used in the last few years.

Yeah same, I guess like the previous package they’re just using their SR one, rather than having multiple on file.

Fox Sports also did something similar around 2012-2016 when they used the Sky Sport NZ variant during Super Rugby and Test Rugby too.
