Amused that this year there is a new ad for a 2017 Gregory’s Street Directory. Seems they went in another direction after the controversey of the Get Routed ad last year

Looks like more changes for 3AW…
Just heard a “Work, life, money with Ross Greenwood” promo, starting this Sunday 11am I believe.
Yet I would’ve thought the popular & heated Sunday Morning program with John Michael-Howsen & Nick McCallum, would be the highest rating Sunday morning program? (Which should still air 10am-11am).
Anybody know what’s happening?
My best guess is that they will drive a lot more revenue through the Ross Greenwood show on Sunday morning. Money News is VERY profitable.

Well that’s kinda good but i’m still off to the ABC.
I live in Sydney and have not heard from Jonh Michale-Howsen for years. I bet he is an integral part of Melbourne though.
Less JM-H on 3AW - WTF?
That means two hours of syndicated programs on 3AW on Sunday mornings. Regular listeners won’t like it.

Weird eh.
MRN wouls have the weekend breakdowns that we can’t see, perhaps they can afford a ratings drop there, not sure.
The positive is, it has Sunday Morning leading-in & either the AFL or Weekend Break with Grubby & Dee Dee (high rating over summer) following.
mmmm… not so much.
Most people would be surprised he’s still alive I suspect.
Are Bernard King and JM-H the same person?

Well I know that Bernard King died some years ago, he fell off a fence or something. BK was a judge on New Faces if I remember correctly and then he did cooking demonstrations in shopping centres. George & Paul have somebody called Roland Rockachelli talk to them with a whole lot of “nothingness”. He is Melbourne so maybe he and John Michael Howson are one and the same. All these camp guys sound the same.
I remember Bernard King on Pot of Gold. He also had his own cooking show out of WIN 4.
Looks like the new program is every weekend at 10.

The 2UE format is a couple of weeks away, the delay has been caused by Macquarie finding it difficult to find sufficient on-air spruikers, as revealed on Media Watch.
