Yeah nah he’s a sensationalist reporter that doesn’t seem to understand the concept of ‘inside voice’ when reporting on the news.
He’s also quite robotic when presenting the news.

Not surprising given he had a stint on ACA in between being a European correspondent (and before that a reporter in Darwin) and a general/investigative reporter in Brisbane.
US Correspondent but the point still stands.
To clarify - he was European correspondent in the late-00s-early-10s. And had about two or three separate stints in the US (most recently between mid-2019-early-2021).
People love to throw this around in a disparaging way.
Emma Alberici was an ACA report, so was Ellen Fanning.
People fill the role they’re hired to do, doesn’t tarnish them forever.

Sam Mills left Nine News Adelaide on June 14 for 10 News First Melbourne. He has been bouncing around places the last 2 years. In June 2021 he went from WIN News Western Victoria to WIN News Illawarra. In October that year he went back to WIN News Western Victoria after Jordy Wright left for 10 News First Melbourne. He then went to Nine News Adelaide in July last year.
