Sandra Sully often does, accompanied with a wave.
Is there video of Ben saying Ciao? I canât get over that.
Sandra says cheers. Iâve never heard her be so flippant as to say ciao.
I think it was better was last years presenters! Neil on sport wasnât great⌠but better then no sports presenter at all.
Wouldnât regard it as flippant, but you can see for yourself - she signed off with âciao ciaoâ last Thursday.

Natalia Cooper presenting Early News Monday - Wednesday from the Today set .
I donât think that is necessary. If they want a new weather presenter they have a decent line-up already at TCN available. If they were going to the trouble of poaching someone, it probably should be a meteorologist and it is not as if Bowrey, Asimus or Cumming are fabulous.

[/quote] To me, Sandra says it sincerely. What I have seen of Ben is a combination of other anchors âsayingsâ but fails to pull them off.
6pm Presenters over Christmas:
N.B:
- Shaded regions indicate change from the regular presenters.
- One â*â represents a 6pm News bulletin debut.
- Two â*â highlights that the presenters were live from the Sidney Meyer Music Bowl in Melbourne for the bulletin.
Not flippant at all - thatâs doubly flippant.
Deb Knight is working on breakfast radio for the next few weeks which explains why Natalia Cooper is reading news on Today this week. Deb occasionally fills in on radio during the year.
Deb will most likely be presenting in Sydney on Friday & Saturday this week.
Personally, I donât think Nine News Sydney needs to poach any weather presenters from Seven. While those three you mentioned certainly arenât terrible presenters, I personally wouldnât say that theyâre better than Amber Sherlock.
As Iâve said before: If Nine really want to go to the trouble of poaching someone for Sydneyâs weather, they probably should go for only meteorologist currently presenting a Sydney/NSW local news bulletin whoâs actually better than David Brown. But realistically, I know thatâs highly unlikely to ever happen for obvious reasons.
State Political Reporter Chris OâKeefe wasnât familiar with NSW viewers when he first joined the TCN newsroom a few years ago, but now I think you could say that heâs a household name in the city.
Iâm sure (or at least hope) Nine can also build Sophie Walshâs profile in a similar way. As we should all know by now, Nine usually only allows the very best presenting and reporting talent in the country to be a part of Sydneyâs 6pm bulletinâŚ
âUsuallyâ is the key word. But seriously, I say if you want to be the best - have the best.
Debatable after who presented on Christmas Eve and Christmas DayâŚ
Sophie Walsh is presenting Sydney weather tonight!!
So how has Neil Breen managed to make it onto the bulletin?
Usually is the key word there. Of course there are some exceptions such as Neil Breen and I would probably also add Ben Fordham, Tim Gilbert, Danny Weidler and Belinda Russell to that listâŚ
Tuesday (26.12.16) - Friday (30.12.16): Andrew Lofthouse is anchoring solo in Brisbane.
Sophie Walsh presenting weather in Sydney again tonight.
Yep! Should be 1st behind Amber! but thats not likely to happen anytime soon.
She stumbled a couple of times tonight too.
Yeah, you could tell that Sophie is fairly new to Sydney tonight. She mispronounced Katoomba!
But I still think Sophieâs a better option for Nine News Sydney weather than the over-cheery Belinda Russell.
