Nine received grant money for Victoria, and the only regional news service Nine provides in Victoria is the Nine Local News for SCA.
so they got grant money for VIC, NSW, and QLD to continue 9 regional news which where the statewide bulletins come into play. so if what affable said is true then do they have to give back the money??? or is it all used up? since its expiry date is september of this year. and win is going to be the 9 affliate from come 1st july and to be realasitc i dont think the federal govt will even care if sca stoped the statewide local news. since it was sca9 and win and i think prime pressuring the federal govt in the 1st place

The bulletins are pretty much running for most of the period of that grant anyway and funding can be re-allocated to other areas like Darwin and NBN.
NNL really had no choice but to end.

Victoria still showing the Nine News Is Going Bigger promo, even though the Regional Victorian bulletin is currently not airing. The promo is also completely out of date as well.

One of the Reasons why the Nine/SCA Relationship did’nt work as well as NNL off air because of the Cyber Attacks and Nine rekindling with the ex, WIN for Affiliation Reasons starting in July.

That wouldn’t be one of the reasons at all, especially since we heard that WIN & Nine would be partnering up again before the latest bout of technical issues at the network.
Far more likely reasons would be money (Nine like all businesses has to do what is best for the bottom line) and possibly also Nine wanting to focus more on other areas of their News & Current Affairs department.

wether or not this suggestion is right we will have to wait and see .one everything is fixed and that being 9 news afternoon editions going to back to state base. thus then freeing up melbourne
