Seems like a very flaky reason for QTQ to not run a 4pm bulletin - couldnât have either Andrew or Melissa present it while the other gets a solo 6pm bulletin?

They wouldnât even need to do the 6pm bulletin solo. There have been times when one has presented the 4pm bulletin and both have been there at 6pm. I agree, it seems like there is more to the story here.
