With a 8m x 3m 2.84P LED wall costing $100k at work, I think 9’s larger, higher-density screen would be at least $300k alone, without the rest of the set.

Always ran the live and local promos with Mark Burrows doing the VO, you would think they would of kept that local Brisbane backdrop to give it more of a local feel… but dumped it after a few weeks in. Looked so much nicer. From the 8 October, 2014.

I don’t understand the obsession with city skylines. For local yes. For live cross yes. But for national news - why a city skyline. It looks almost like Hong Kong

It is an improvement on the globe. At least it is now different to what 7 and 10 use on their national bulletin. But of course, a newsroom would look nicer.
