Because I do note with interest that they’ve got a full page ad for the program (which I unfortunately don’t have a picture of to share at the moment, sorry) on the back of the 2018 Royal Easter Showguide that was included with today’s Sunday Telegraph.
MAFS will be huge that week. Surely Nine will win based on that alone. Plus, no competition AT ALL from Ten (not that they have been this year anyway).
^ It’s a co-production between BBC’s Panorama and PBS’ Frontline. Usually documentaries co-produced by BBC and PBS airs here on SBS. Not sure why Nine is interested.
I’ve noticed on the online guides that Nine Darwin’s schedule is impacted significantly on Thursday and Friday at the moment due to the live NRL broadcast each night.

Blue Planet II was not shown in Adelaide last night due to Nine’s coverage of SA state election, meaning next Saturday Adelaide will be one episode behind other cities.
The debut of Young Sheldon has been brought forward to next Monday (March 26), meaning its pairing with The Big Bang Theory will be on Monday and Tuesday from 7.30pm.
It’s a safe space to take a risk on it. If it fails it doesn’t matter too much but it also has a great chance at success because it isn’t airing opposite a hugely popular format like MKR. Could be good Commonwealth Games counter-programming to shore up a respectable share for Nine.
I think The Voice blind auditions will be on Sunday-Tuesday nights, with Young Sheldon and The Big Bang Theory on Wednesdays. We could also see the UK version of Travel Guides.
