Melbourne real estate scene to get reality TV treatment
The show, produced by Abode Entertainment is expected to be announced at Channel 9’s 2024 programming upfronts in September.

Sounds like the type of show you’d probably expect for Stan, I can imagine this will be as popular as their other property series like Dream Listing Byron Bay - I.e. not very.

Just a question, I don’t live in Brisbane, so I hope this question doesn’t seem silly, but is Riverfire a half hour show in total or does it move to 9Go or 9Gem at 7:30?

If I remember correctly, it was and often paired with the US entertainment show Extra, shortly after Ten won the rights from Nine to Entertainment Tonight and The Late Show. I think that was the start of the CBS takeover of TEN, now under the Viacom control.
Not to be confused with the Nine Brisbane show titled Extra (previously Brisbane Extra)

I noticed that a lot of the late night infomercials are being taken off Nine and 9Gem and being replaced by regular programming. Given these were paid for timeslots, I wonder what this will do to Nine’s bottom line

Isn’t that the purpose of Nine Extra? There are occasional windows of opportunity on Nine main channel when Norther Hemisphere sport isn’t being broadcast from 0230 to 0430. nice to know you’re up at those hours too.

Nine do have a dedicated channel for those infomercials and their multi channels have some on during the day.
