Nine Network - Programs and Schedules

Desperation obviously to beef up figures.

He was giggling at the 69,000 figure it achieved.

How immature.

C’mon, I’d expect something like that from me, after hitting the Pinot all night (and no it’s not Penfolds) :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Surely you’re not drinking on a church night?

Schedule update:
07:00 pm The Voice
09:30 pm 60 Minutes
10:30 pm Love Island Rpt
11:30 pm The Innocence Network
Guiltology has been dropped.

Also, tomorrow (June 4) The Voice will be repeated at the earlier time of 12.30pm (1.30pm in WA).

I forgot to mention, earlier in the week a number of callers rang 3AW during Denis Walter’s regular Monday 2pm segment with The Age TV writer Scott Ellis.

Everything from “only one epsidoe now, we lose interest” to “epsiode takes up our whole night”.

This is only negative for Nine’s ratings/shares, as in the Sunday epsiode could rate much higher if not 2.5hrs and their shares Mon-Wed could be much higher if there were eps.

Nine will be hoping the Qantas Tour of England cricket rates on Saturdays, their main channel lost to the ABC last night.

Not sure a boring repeat of RBT is a great choice straight from 6pm News though, surely a pre game show would be a better lead-in?

7:30-8 will be a pre-game show. First ball is at 8.

WA viewers will have coverage of ODI game at 5:30PM. This will mean that Nine News will be moved to an earlier time at 5PM. (Similar to what Nine Perth did with The Ashes in England back in July 2015)

When I saw this at around 6.30pm AEST I immediately posted on Twitter, and since then there has been a huge reaction from my fellow Delta fans. For the past 18 months since the tour ended, fans have been asking Delta “when is the tour DVD coming out?” The TV broadcast means the DVD release won’t be too far away.

It’s against the World Cup soccer match (France v Australia) and live AFL though. Soccer will rate big.

Yep. Cricket should still beat the Rugby on Ten.

I take it Women’s SOO (which I didn’t even realise was a thing) and Pacific Rugby Test will be on 9Gem in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

The Footy Show NRL back in a 9.30 timeslot. A random doco airing at 8.30.

Schedule update
Saturday 16 June

I think you will be disappointed, because the cricket will be shown in WA on 9Gem at 5.30pm, meaning Nine News will stay at 6pm.

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane
07:00 pm RBT
07:30 pm One Day Series - England v Australia

Adelaide
07:00 pm One Day Series - England v Australia

Perth
07:00 pm Ocean’s Thirteen (2007)
09:30 pm Sicario (2015)

Legends of Perth will air on Thursday night at 7:30pm.

It seems like a week since the The Tour: Perth Children’s Hospital which was also at 7:30PM so we should see RBT in Perth move to at around 8PM like last time.

What’s with the 2nd SOO match being played on a Sunday night? If that not just a blatant grab for ratings from a desperate network…
