A documentary by Jane Goldsmith which airs on the Nine Network around Australia 8:30pm Tuesday
Does it count towards regional content points for the NBN license?
It is a part of the Murder Down Under series.
It was off air earlier this week too.

Iâve been watching a bit more FTA lately, and Iâve started to like those âWe Love Itâ idents that are shown during the ad breaks. Good to see some regional NSW scenes.
But itâs a bit amusing that on channels like 9Life, which shows almost entirely US (and some British) programming, you can see the sights of Sawtell or Walcha before returning to your American reno show ![]()
I wonder if the idents count towards the local content requirements in some way?
I doubt it as itâs not ânews or informationâ as such.. itâs just scenery.
Stations promotions are specifically excluded from local content.
The Green One rarely is used these days. Mainly see the red one alot
The rarity has gotta be:
Red
Blue
Orange
Purple
Green
And ever since the 2D versions. Orange hasnât been used. Only see the red, blue & yellow ones nowadays (p.s. The Yellow Sponser Billboard looks weird)
I think 9 may have fixed the NBN feed on 9Now on iOS
It was always opening the Sydney feed and you would have to quit the app, force close it and go back in.
I believe the damage has been done because they left it for so long.
People donât even know you canât watch local news on there, low viewer numbers affected metrics and advertisers ads not shown to locals for so long.
They just need to drop the location services bit - just let people watch whatever local news they want. If I wanna watch NBN News and my location is Sydney (because it is IRL) then let me.
Yep, in Woy Woy I couldnât get NBN News on the app, very annoying
If you want to watch the NBN feed donât bother about using 9Now use the link below and an IPTV viewer like Televizo on Android TV. You can see two feeds listed Northern Rivers and Newcastle in the Sydney list.

There is a state specific list available available if you go up to the au level and choose the capital city from the list.
It works on a Android mobile as well so you can watch on the go as well.
Aw yeah the 3D dotty
nobody saw that coming? Interesting that they say NBN was âconvertedâ and not âsoldâ.
I certainly did not see this coming. I thought that WIN and NBN are two distinct affiliates of Nine.
