Nine (NBN)

Local We Love It is back.

Just saw a Gunnedah one which says “Gunnedah” - it wipes right to left and says “We Love It” with the Nine logo.

Great timing I was just about to post this one from Central Coast that has the 9 / NBN logo.

nice to see that they still use the NBN logo in these.

They don’t in most markets. It must be a GC and CC thing.

Yes, it is.

They are the only markets where they also include NBN in the LCN name (on the SD channel) ie. LCN8 for me is Nine-NBN Central Coast… though 80 is just 9HD Central Coast… not sure if Gold Coast is the same or not.

80 on the Gold Coast is 9HD Gold Coast. Very confusing with the 9HD on 90.

Is 90 shown as 9HD Gold Coast as well?

As UHF-43 on the Central Coast is the same as VHF-8 in Sydney …9HD Sydney

Yes, 80 and 90 are both 9HD Gold Coast.

Along similar lines of those “adventure” spots on QTQ with Garry Youngberry and Luke Bradnam.

A thin correlation between great Weather and doing outdoor activities.

I have this feeling that QTQ9 Brisbane and NBN3 Newcastle share a same type of atmosphere when broadcasting.

Gavin doesn’t parachute - he paraglides and goes all over the world and raises money for charities.

He’s always off the coast of Newcastle paragliding.

He’s also a regular visitor to Mt Borah Manilla NSW where there’s alot of Paragliding championships run

In Port Macquarie tonight, a “Gunnedah” “We Love It” ID with the Nine logo appeared just before the 6.55pm weather forecast.

Not sure why that aired here instead of a Mid North Coast one.

It airs on all markets and has been for about a week. Very strange.

Yes, and why only Gunnedah in that case. Most peculiar.

Mislabelled the file in the system, perhaps?
