If only that was true. I once tuned in for overnight talk back a few years ago and heard him say some of the most Islamophobic non sense and “All Muslims are Terrorists” BS. I’m surprised he’s still on radio and no one pulls him up on this like what happened to Mr Banks.

& Unfortunately lockdowns have demonstrated that broadcast media is critical but that advertiser supported free to air is a very fickle business model and a thin structure to support a critical service.

Newshub’s choice of location on screen for some of the supers/straps of their news package is strange.
In this cap, the live bug is quite small, the location strap could be stacked on top of the name super and the Three logo is kind of unnecessary at the top right also.
I also don’t like how the Newshub watermark is shifted across when exclusive is added next to it, it should just be stacked on top in its regular position.

Yup I watched both too, great watching.
I also loved the way they did The Delta investigates with Mike and Mel.
The only issue I had for the night was how outdated the set and graphics are now for the project

The actual set is fine IMO, new graphics on the screen would freshen it up a little.

They should move away from the Aussie graphics. NZ just doesn’t pull them off well.
