Yes, I know that some of the larger panels are purposely off but the thin strips never are
The second photo shows the thin white light panel behind Ingrid is off which it only had been for the last couple days .

Why cant they use the main studio for this breaking news

If the AM show is on air it made sense to keep the branded look, when news took over should have moved to the news studio as it would then be a news special rather than an extended AM show.
