Looks like Newshub has slightly changed their poll graphics. Nice new appealing font and slightly different graphics to normal. Very nice!

Looks quite good.
Surprised to see that reporter / presenter wearing a mask in the newsroom, but I guess it helps to normalize it for people watching at home.

I think the general advice is to wear them where physical distancing can’t be achieved and that’s often hard with the way newsrooms are laid out, plus as you say, it’s a good way to normalise it.

Lucy explained just that during that cross, and explained how to put on a mask properly.
Sure she and Tom were padding out for the delayed start to the 1pm update, but it was bloody good to reiterate best-practice. I also checked those working behind her, and I didn’t see anyone without a mask. Well done Newshub.
New super looked just fine, in my opinion.

I see Ingrid Hipkiss presented tonight’s 6pm news with Tom McRae. I much prefer TVNZ content over Newshub but I love watching Ingrid Hipkiss when she’s presenting the news. She needs the 6pm co-host job!!
