It appears that Newshub uses the same font as Three and AM are using… almost.
They are the same company.
Most of the movement is within the margin of error… like TV 1’s poll last week, there’s actually very little change in at the moment.
It’s another case of over-inflated reporting, probably because very little is happening.

Yes that is indeed true.
I’m not a ‘poll truther’ by the way, I don’t think polls are systematically cooked etc… But it very much annoys me how Newshub does not round their percentage figures like 1 News. It’s poor statistical practice to show decimal places - implies a higher level of accuracy than the poll provides.

Wow, and they’re not wasting anytime implementing it. I suppose after that massive loss this year, the cuts had to come from somewhere. Abit miffed they’ve axed AM Early, quite enjoyed the early news before heading off.

“Focus shifts to social, digital” is the spin used by TV broadcasters every time they’ve axed something in the last 10-15 years. Usually results in nothing or in a gimmick that doesn’t last long…
A shame that Newshub have retreated so quickly from their big expansion of news programmes at the beginning of 2022.
Having said that, Newshub’s digital output is quite poor at the moment and could be improved significantly.

At least this one got an excuse unlike Newshub Live at 8, whose existence seems to have been expunged after not returning this year.

I wonder whether TVNZ even treated it as competition. The numbers were miniscule for Newshub @ 11:30
