All whilst News has wrecked the revenue of the Adelaide Messenger titles to the point of cutbacks and closures.
All their own managerial incompetence, nothing to do with digital disruption, they should’ve seen it coming 20 yrs ago.
Peter Ford claiming the “Addy Scoop” is a fake. Oops!
Down and down the plughole they go.
I wonder if it’s related to the backlash its papers have received for their bushfire coverage?
I’m fucking livid about what News Crap has done to the puzzle page in the Daily Telegraph as of today. I assume they’ve done it in all of their mastheads. They’ve dumbed the crosswords down significantly to the point where they aren’t even a challenge. The “big one” is not so big anymore. Looks like those cheapskates have ended some syndication agreements.
To match the dumbed down level of their publication and readers.
