Get a very high-powered telescope.
There’s a thread on geekzone somewhere that lists the available streams, but seriously, using VPN’s etc, do fly in the face of rights and stuff.

Agreed it is perplexing this new deal but I’m guessing having viewed their Dplay.com platform it will be a home for all it’s free to air channels and ondemand shows, so its probably just a way for Discovery to boost its streaming strategy globally. CBS would of have been a good buyer but then again who knows CBS might snap up Prime if Sky ever wanted out.
It looks quite good, and the presentation is really nice - but perhaps a little big for quite a small studio.
2 watermarks on the top right?
Three has ordered Match Fit, a factual entertainment series based on an original format from Fremantle’s UK label Talkback.
TV1 will become the home for social history series National Treasure, which looks back at New Zealand’s history through unique items sourced from local citizens.
Was just leaving work and noticed a 5pm sky sports news show hosted by Kristina Eddy on sky sports select.
Also been posting them to their YouTube page.

Do they point to the same IP, or is one a failover? Anyone know?
Most companies would secure similar or the same domain name in this situation, generally as a backup if people type in the domain incorrectly (easy to do for something like threenow/3now) or so squatters can’t buy them and try to on sell them to make money etc.
Yeah, but normally one redirects to the other. These seem to exist in parallel.
Bit of speculation that the OSB sale means a takeover of Sky ( from , say, Discovery) would now have no objection from the commerce commission . Plus Sky results were due to be released on 21st Aug, they’ve now been pushed out to 10th September.
If Disco is looking at buying both Mediaworks TV & Sky it could explain the delay in announcement re TV3?
Wouldnt Sky also have to sell Prime?
Not necessarily. It depends if the Commerce Commission decide if there’s enough competition or not.
Not everyday we see all three sets on air together. Melbourne. Sydney and Auckland.
