Also I think the ZB logo got a logo color change to light blue:
there’s some new billboard shots/advertising as well.

Magic Music and The Edge are swapping frequencies in Tauranga as of tomorrow 12th January
So it will be
The Edge 88.6
Magic Music 99.8
Maybe they have done this for all the young people with cars that don’t go above 90mhz??
Makes sense. ZM is on 89.4FM in Tauranga
As told by @gordo92 a short time ago, both Magic and The Edge are swapping frequencies in Tauranga with effect from 12 January. Magic can be heard on 99.8FM, moving The Edge to its new home on 88.6FM.
And if you think about it Magic Talk is on 100.6FM so having Magic Music on 99.8FM keeps them close together on the dial.
Good move.
Talk radio on 100.6FM has served listeners in Tauranga since 2013 when RadioLIVE was on the air. Magic Talk can also be heard on 1107AM.
As a daily listener of the fletch Vaughan and Megan podcast I was a bit skeptical of Hayley Sproull covering Megan while she was on maternity leave as I have found her quite dry on tv shows but I must say I’m really enjoying the three together almost tempted to say she’s better than Megan
I have only listened to small bits so far but she is a pretty good addition to the show. It was a risky move I think replacing Megan until May. The risk of course is that the replacement may be better!
Die hard fans (including myself) would have probably been fine with just Fletch and Vaughn.
At least it provides time for Hayley to test out a breakfast radio gig if she’s interested. Maybe NZME see potential in her joining Jono and Ben on The Hits? She was part of the Jono and Ben cast in later years.
News from last year. Hokonui in Taranaki taken off air in order for Gold to have the frequencies. No local shows from NZME out of Taranaki now? They may still have a Saturday sports show on ZB.
Yes, pretty sure there’s still a local Saturday morning sport show.
