Have 10 released any Paramount + subscription numbers yet? Looking a horrible buy compared to 9/Stan’s Rugby purchase.
They only release their global numbers. They are a multi national company. You need to change your thinking to a more global media landscape for P+. They don’t break out local numbers.
They’ve said they have attracted subscribers for all their various football content.
As a global company they’ll continue to have a content pipeline to maintain the service.
I could understand your global perspective if the content itself had some world wide appeal. No one in London or Kansas City is getting up early to watch Central Coast v Western United. The TV deal still needs to work locally.

Re: in-game ad breaks.
They can still take ads, but have the game continue on a half screen or quarter screen. I think I’ve seen this type of thing happen for soccer matches being shown in Latin America.

Just a friendly reminder that the A-League Grand Final is on 10 tonight. Coverage begins at:
6.30pm East Coast (7.45pm Kick-off)
6.00pm Adelaide
4.30pm Perth (on 10Bold)
You would hope that there would be an increase in ratings in Melbourne at least for the match tonight, since two Melbourne teams are in the Final. Elsewhere, probably just a marginal increase.

At the rate 10 are going the Grand final will rate less that the champions league final tomorrow morning at 4:30am.
