I’m assuming it will turn into a live stream when the event starts.

This links to that page, so.

I think in that podcast last week Bev said the Cheap Seats will come back and they’re looking at other comedy that can slot into 8:30 slots as she thinks that has been working for them with HYBPA, Cheap Seats and Gogglelbox.

Seems like it’s pretty open slather this year, they haven’t restricted the live stream to industry personnel.

And we’re live!
With a welcome to country voiceover from Narelda, with Jonathan LaPaglia doing an intro in Survivor style on location.

Cool opening from Jonathan LaPaglia.

Great use of international talent for the opening for Rod Prosser, shows the strength of the whole company.

Very funny.

What’s with the yank shit that has next to no relevance to Australian free to air audiences?

I feel so sad that this once great Australian media company has been swallowed up by an American company that has no idea what resonates with Australian viewers.
