According to today’s Herald Sun, the Melbourne Cup will not only visit Ramsay Street as part of a national tour, but also form part of the upcoming storyline in which Tim Robards’ character Pierce and some of his entourage will be living it up at Cup Day. The 2019 Melbourne Cup Tour will be launched at Flemington tomorrow, June 11.

However, Ramsay Street is not listed in the official Melbourne Cup Tour itinerary, so I think it is only open to selected media.
UK actor and TV presenter Denise Van Outen and TV presenter Richard Arnold are currently filming guest roles in Neighbours with Stefan Dennis and Rebekah Elmaloglou who are in London.
Denise will be playing Prue, the mother of Harlow Robinson (Gemma Donovan, real life daughter of Jason Donovan). Richard will be playing a character called Graham in a couple of episodes.

The only way I can think that this whole think makes sense is if Andrea was Dee from the beginning when The character of dee was originally on and decided to cut her losses On the day of her wedding to Toadie.
