Karl did cheat with Sarah but not Izzy.
In Karl’s mind there are huge differences with what Andrew did. Holly had turned to Andrew, as a police officer for protection, from a stalker. Holly was vulnerable after a string of bad relationships. Andrew is more than twice Holly’s age. Holly was the best friend of his daughter Sadie.

Neighbours finale should be 6.30-7.30pm on 10.

It will be interesting to see what 10 does for the Neighbours Finale night.

If i were 10, I would start changing the evening schedule from the Week commencing 24 November. Reduce 10 News+ to half hour, screen DOND at 6:30 and Neighbours at its original 7pm timeslot on Channel 10. DOND could be double episodes Fridays and in the weeks leading up to Hot Seat premiere and if 10 News+ is off over Christmas, put something like Bondi Rescue at 6pm
10 should take advantage of no Home And Away for its last 4 weeks
Channel 10 should dedicate the Finale day to interviews with Former and present Castmates,have a Neighbours Trivia with Fans and maybe a Fashion show with Neighbours Superfans 1980’S Style to now and have Fans telling their favourite moments and memories. I think Channel 10 needs to send the Best Australian drama ever sorry Home and Away,Number 96,Homocide and Prisoner off with a Big Bang Party because it’s not just a TV Soap show it’s part of Australian Culture .I’m Jason Lucena I’m 37 I watched Neighbours since I was 3with my Family but as a little kid I proberbly learnt to speak by watching Neighbours,Home and Away and U.S.A Soaps.When Neighbours started out it struggled in the Ratings and Channel 7 Axed it after 1 year and Channel 10 picked it up but had to promote it by sending Kylie Minogue,Jason Donovan and Guy Pierce to Shopping Centres.People of all generations have been influenced by the Characters of Erinsborough by their words,storylines and the Clothing Fashions also the gossip and scandals of the Actors/Actresses of this great show.Neighbours also started when Australia had only 5 Free to Air Channels so if you missed episodes you had to Record it using a VCR Recorder. So Goodbye my Neighbours with a little Understanding you can Read an Erinsborough News and catch up at Harold’s Cafe and Lasiters that’s when goodbye Neighbours until we meet again and become good Friends Australia and England love you and Please come back soon?

Nice thought but after 10 axed Studio 10 and The Project, they don’t even have a show where they can screen such interviews.
The best you could hope for is a half hour package of flashbacks.

Well America’s Famous Days of our Lives is getting a Tribute show it’s not even ending it’s Celebrating 60 years on TV so Channel 10 should stick their hand in their Piggy banks and bring back Labby and Stav or that Girl and guy to host Couch Time for the day?

So i ended up re-watching the fallout of the affair between Andrew and Holly. How old is holly meant to be? Coz I may have mis understood the age gap.
Anyway rewatching it, I can understand Karl’s reaction. 1. Holly’s pregnant and 2. He thinks Andrew took advantage of her. (Which i somewhat have to lean on the fence with this, because if she was under age of Victoria’s consent laws, and i don’t think she is, he should be immeidately in jail 
)
Now if she is 18 and above, (and I highly suspect she is) I don’t have a problem with the age gap, at all, considering karl and sarah had an affair where she was loads younger and he was in his early 40s?
But still nonetheless, great acting from everyone around especially Alan Fletcher.
WHere does Andrew get this information about karl’s love life? Is it on the Neighbours wiki page or something?
Holly is supposed to be about 21 but Andrew is supposed to be 45/46. Karl said that he was more than double her age. Andrew has a daughter, Sadie, the same age as Holly.
Sarah would have been older than that.
I think this has a lot more to do with Holly being vulnerable after some bad relationships. And Andrew being a policeman who is in a position of trust who was supposed to be protecting her.

I think the issue for me with this storyline whetehr there was any real feelings from Holly, because she seems to like manipulating men. Andrew yes of course, a policeman, but i don’t see how he would have manipulated the situation to his advantage, seems to me he did develop very genuine.
You seem to take an issue that they seemed to be consenting adult, and the age gap (even though there is nothing wrong with it, IMHO). It’s what holly did , it reaks of her mother (Izzie). I am sure izzie manipulated karl. Let’s face it karl is a weak man. Not one of any virtues that he likes to throw around.
I dont watch the show but given that he knows about Karl’s affair, could this amount to stalking or using his position as a police officer for advantage? Oh I’m sorry he has potentially done that with this affair with a young girl. Nevertheless, the writers probably won’t explore the line as to how he got his information about Karl, but potentially could have a storyline where the officer is investigated, but then time is ticking, only around 4 weeks to go for such a storyline given the end is nigh.
Perhaps if it did emerge from the ashes (again), perhaps they could get permission to use Smashing Pumpkins “The End Is The Beginning Is The End” to promote a return
