According to Sunday Herald Sun’s Fiona Byrne, Gary Sweet has wrapped six weeks of filming on Neighbours, playing the father of Sara West’s character. Sweet described appearing on Ramsay Street as “bucket list moment”.

A brilliant episode yesterday with Dastardly Darcy’s deadly deeds discovered. 
The show has been smashing lately and it’s these great episodes which remind us that it will be missed when it’s gone.

Yeah… and it wasn’t great. The storyline made out that Terese was drunk when she approved the plans.

There is speculation about that on Neighboursfans.com forums and i have to admit from the way the spoilers have been written about these two, it could seem plasuable. The fall out between both families should be awesome! Karl killing Andrew with a hammer… Susan slapping her step daughter and throwing her out on the street.
Wendy running over Andrew and saying “Oops my finger slipped.”
He is cute i must admit but so boring though.

Yes it has been reported as the final day of filming. Obviously there is some post production after that.
They’re just never going to end it as perfectly as the first second time - they might as well just repeat that finale.
I was hoping the finale would end up with Paul finally fixing the lift, a la The Big Bang Theory.

Paul: I had it fixed. I got sick of people walking into the penthouse unannounced.
