And I think whoever did the promo up in Brisbane hasn’t realised the dots needed to be taken out.
And my guess is the social media promo has been done internally at WIN and has the correct logo?

Taking the dots out of the moving logo and alternating moving elements would require certain graphic elements to be rebuilt by the original design company. That’s probably more money than WIN would want to spend. A simple Photoshop edit however, would be much easier.

Can’t QTQ get Toowoomba or Sunshine coast TV stations hence it’s not really that far away?
on the graphic side it’s possible but unlikely that WIN may get 9 news graphics without dots?

2.57pm NBN News 5.30 promo (same one ‘Abesty’ posted above)
4.07pm 9 News Sydney update - voiceover style ending with “Join Charles Croucher at 6” and the “Your Sydney, Your News” endcard).
Has the WIN style promos in ads appeared yet or is it still the 9 NBN style promos?
Haven’t seen anything like that yet.
Also saw a couple of the “We Love It” local IDs still with the Nine logo and a Northern NSW Football promo with the dotty NBN News logo.
Charles Croucher also presented an update at 5.31pm, and an NBN News 5.30 promo just aired at 5.33pm.

Not yet, maybe not until end of September when the Newcastle control room is built.
And i think what you’ve got is a mock, as that’s not even Newcastle in the background. Looks like Townsville.
