Yes, not dumped - she was on maternity leave and again in 2002 was replaced by Jillian Whiting. I wasn’t aware that Heather ever did weekends in 1999 however saying that, again I was o/s between June 1999 and May 2000. She was presenting weeknights before and after I was away.

IIRC, there was new paint on the newsroom/studio around 1994 with the “Queensland” added below Nine News, which was around the time QTQ-9 changed branding from Brisbane to Queensland.
