My Kitchen Rules

Jesus Christ. Shut it down.

That is disgusting.

A new low, even for My Kitchen Rules.

What more can you say?

Just when you think reality TV in this country has hit ā€˜rock bottom’, incidents such as this and the MAFS contestant needing to go to rehab prove that it sadly hasn’t

First team of Team Colin revealed.

What in the world is wrong with this network? Absolutely disgusting stuff and I thought pouring wine on someone’s dress was bad enough.

Why I’m not a fan of reality TV

Second pair from Team Colin: Kerry and Kaylene.

Have to say the ads with the all stars is making me want to watch this season. Some good faces in there.

New double promo - Mark and Lauren from Team Colin and Jac and Shaz from Team Manu.

It’s a bit ridiculous they haven’t revealed the airdate yet.

We have Survivor, Dancing and MAFS.

It’s not like they need to keep it a secret anymore.

And with Home and Away announced for 7pm there should be no 7pm starts this season.

Exactly right.

There’s literally no need for the secret as the other two have already shown their hand.

What’s the concern though?

I thought that would be obvious.

It’s already a show on it’s last legs and Nine and 10 have been drilling into the heads of it’s viewers that MAFS and Survivor are returning Feb 3, MKR wouldn’t be on the radar of people if they don’t know when it’s on.

They are setting MKR up to fail already.

It has been on the decline but maybe the declaration that it’s ā€œon it’s last legsā€ is extreme. I don’t see how telling people the start date weeks in advance will help ratings.

Agree to disagree.

It builds excitement for viewers. Almost like a countdown. Especially shows like Master chef and Lego Masters where young children are heavily interested, it builds excitement for families.

Kinda like Media Spy and it’s relaunches…

People will decide what they’ll watch, when three reality shows go head to head to head.

The real sad thing is there is no alternative and therefore if you hate reality programs then you will be giving network television a wide berth. I think I’ll be joining those people this year.

Unfortunately they’re the only shows that bring in the audience’s these days.

Apart from news obviously.
