This week’s ARIA Singles Chart highlights

  • Ariana Grande’s comeback single, “yes, and?” debuts at number two. “Lovin’ on Me” remains on top.
  • Natasha Bedingfield’s 2004 hit, “Unwritten”, returns to the charts nearly 19 years since it last charted, reaching a new peak of #18.
  • “Thinkin’ About Me” by Morgan Wallen debuts at number 48.

It’s in the movie Anyone But You, hence the boost.

I don’t see how that’s a highlight but anyway…Sophie Ellis Baxter climbs to 12 with Murder on the Dancefloor. That’s more of an achievement.

Not sure if there is a thread dedicated to the So Fresh compilations, but here goes…

I used to collect compilations as a kid all the time, but I stopped around 2020/21.

Watched it last night.
Quite enjoyable - especially all of the old footage.
I’m not sure about suspenseful though (as it says in the blurb).

The suspense probably comes from the forced “will they complete it in time” aspect?

Probably yeah - although given you know it did happen the tension isn’t there.

And who listens to music on a gramophone anymore anyway?!

Should be called ‘The Chippies’ and they hand out an oversized SD card instead .

Who’s still using SD cards? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

This was the best Grammys broadcast in a long long time. (Save for JZ trying to make everything about BeyoncĂŠ as per usual ).
