Thanks for the memory rush.
There was some reluctance to leave the familiar and make the move to Discourse but updating to a better platform turned turned into a great decision.
I remember the first couple of days frantically trying to reformat my overnight ratings templates to fit the new code. And then later asking @bacco007 to add in new features like tables and even colour!
Then trying to work out where all the new topics were going to land and how to present them. Now it is second nature but it took a while to settle into the current pattern. There were probably a dozen or so members on the first day making topics but there was a limit of something like 50 per member per day. Most topics started with something like “continues from xxx” on the old forum with a link and some of those still exist today if you go back far enough.

Apart from the mechanics of the site, it’s the membership and discussion that keeps you coming back. Thanks to you as well as the mod team that keep us well behaved.
Also, thanks for the comments above and looking forward to another 10 years of font changes to the Sunrise clock.
