I’m glad tonight is the last night. I’m ready for it to be over. Nothing left to squeeze of the orange this season.

The only thing I’ll say is it’s too soon (in real life) to have a reunion.
Why is this filmed 3 weeks later? That’s not a reunion. It’s not a long enough break to be deemed a reunion.
We should be seeing them 3/4 months later.
Isn’t this filmed mid year? Plenty of time to do this properly. Film it early March near the end of the season not months and months from the airdate.
Who knows if these couples are together right now. Today.

Yes but the bulk of the filming outside the final vows was all done late last year. The couples have had 4/5 months to play with each other since then.
They film the reunion before the season airs so it’s not influenced by public opinion or what they’ve seen of others on the show. Also you wouldn’t see their first reactions to the footage bring played back if they’d already seen it on TV.
The show is filmed in the later part of the year, I believe the reunion was filmed late November or early December. I think this year the gap between filming and reunion was slightly shorter than usual.

I’m saying have final vows in November then film the reunion two or three weeks before the season ends on TV, so early March.
What good is filming it three weeks later? That isn’t enough time for anything to really change.

Everyone knows everything, there is no trade secrets. They sit with each other all day every day for filming, they see all the edits and the producer led orchestrated stuff playing out right in front of them.
I assume there is considerable cost pulling the whole production back together for one episode many months later, easier to do it all while the production is somewhat still in action.
It’s been 5 months since the reunion was filmed. It’s just kind of redundant to viewers.
Is everyone in the same position as they were 5 months ago?
Are the couples still together? Did Jono and Lauren find a place where they can respect each other?
Did Tori and Ridge move?
There’s just so much that a reunion now would answer.
3 weeks after vows is useless.

I have my thoughts on them of course but like it’s very odd seeing this happen. You guys matched them now you want them to break up? Weird.
I don’t think it’s that.
It’s that Tori never once showed any accountability for Jacks awful behaviour. She’s now seen herself on that playback and even she is appalled (or embarrassed) by her own actions.

Is it just me or is this like the new MasterChef? Man, Nine milking it for all it’s worth… The neverending show! Just goes on and on and on and when you think it’s the last ep, then there’s another. Could’ve wrapped a few weeks ago surely. Have to think about those sweet sweet ratings.
No offence to any fans of course, most of my family, friends, colleagues are glued to it LOL.

Are they still on contract now though? Might be hard to get everyone together if off contract. If they are off contract there will be added costs to get everyone back and potentially dealing with problematic cast members who start playing games if off contract, we have seen that before.
The lease in the facility is probably over so.
I know it would make sense to do it now, but cost and logistics wise, probably something they don’t want.
You can support your partner, but you don’t need to be blind Freddie over every diabolical thing he does.

Tonight is the final episode. But I will admit, they’ve dragged it on way too much. And half the couples didn’t even get couch time.
