Edit: Just checked, and it is jointly owned. There are three shareholders who own equal shares. I didn’t know about the third shareholder.

It’s owned by:

Foxtel Management Pty Ltd
Optus Vision Pty Ltd
UAP Australia Programming Pty Ltd, which is a News Corp owned company it appears.

The two directors are Foxtel CEO Patrick Delany and Lynette Ireland the Foxtel company secretary.

No, not at this stage. The Horn v Tszyu fight, via Main Event on Kayo is a one-off special event. We are hoping to provide full Main Event on Kayo services in the future, so please stay tuned.

UFC 253: Adesanya v Costa

UFC returns to ‘Fight Island’ with a card stacked with New Zealand’s finest headlined by the biggest middleweight title bout of the year when UFC middleweight champion Israel “The Last Stylebender” Adesanya goes head-to-head against number one contender Brazilian Paulo Costa.

For the first time in UFC history, two undefeated fighters will battle for the middleweight championship when 19-0 striking sensation Adesanya defends his belt against the 13-0 powerhouse Costa.

Adesanya is joined by three of his fellow teammates from the celebrated City Kickboxing in Auckland, NZ with Kai Kara-France on the main card in the flyweight bout as well as Brad Riddell and Shane Young also heading into the Octagon on Sunday. Auckland’s elite will be fighting alongside Australian welterweight Jake Matthews.

In the Co-main event, the UFC light heavyweight championship’s vacant title will be fought for by former title challenger Dominick Reyes and former KSW light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz. For the first time since May 2010, UFC’s light heavyweight champion will be someone other than Jon Jones or Daniel Cormier, with Jones vacating the belt.

UFC returns to ‘Fight Island’ headlined by the UFC Lightweight Championship as current champion Khabib Nurmagomedov makes his long-awaited return to the Octagon to go head-to-head against interim champion Justin Gaethje.

The undefeated Nurmagomedov hasn’t fought since a title defence over Dustin Poirier at UFC 242 in September 2019. In the meantime, Gaethje picked up the interim belt against Tony Ferguson at UFC 249 in May. Now the two fighters will come together to decide the undisputed champion.

In the co-main event, Australia’s own and former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker takes on Jared Cannonier in the middleweight bout.

Another anticipated fight on the card will be the light heavyweight bout between Magomed Ankalaev Ion Cutelaba who first met at UFC Fight Night 169 in March where Ankalaev won via a controversial knockout and after several delays finally get the chance to meet again at this event for a re-match.

UFC 256: Figueiredo v Moreno from Las Vegas, Nevada

UFC 256 will make history as UFC Flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo will defend his title against Brandon Moreno in what will be the shortest turnaround between title fights by a champion in UFC history at just 21 days.

After scoring a win in less than two minutes at UFC 255, flyweight champion Figueiredo will make a fast turnaround in an attempt to successfully defend his title just one month later at UFC 256 putting his belt on the line against top 125-pound contender Moreno, who is coming off his own UFC 255 victory. Both fighters are undefeated in their last five outings and have been on a collision course for some time.

In the co-main event, Tony Ferguson will return to the Octagon for the first time since his devastation loss to Justin Gaethje in May, a loss that cost him the shot at Khabib Nurmagomedov and the UFC lightweight title. Ferguson will be facing Charles “Do Bronx” Oliveira, the man who holds the record for most submissions and tied for most finishes overall in UFC history and will be looking to add an eighth straight win to his resume.

UFC returns to Las Vegas for UFC 258 headlined by a UFC welterweight title bout between current champion Kamaru Usman going head-to-head in the Octagon against Gilbert Burns.

Usman has set the standard at 170 pounds over the course of the last few years with big wins over Tyron Woodley, Colby Covington, and Jorge Masvidal to firmly establish himself as the world’s best welterweight. However, the aforementioned Burns has slowly but surely been coming up through the ranks as an intriguing challenger.

The duo were previously scheduled to headline UFC 251 in July 2020 with Burns having to withdraw from the contest due to COVID-19. The two men will finally get to meet in this highly anticipated title bout.

The biggest name in Australian boxing and Australia’s number one boxer Tim Tszyu will take on Brisbane-based Irishman and former two-time world title challenger Dennis “Hurricane” Hogan in a ‘Steel City Showdown’ on Wednesday, March 31 at Newcastle’s Entertainment Centre.

Boxing fans will have better access to all of the action than ever before, with MAIN EVENT showcasing the fight on Foxtel and Kayo.

Coming off a spectacular first round knockout win over Bowyn Morgan in December, Tszyu is now ranked inside the top 10 with all major sanctioning bodies. Tszyu steps into the ring with an undefeated record of 17 wins and will be looking to take down Hogan as he edges his way closer to a world title fight.

Hogan on the other hand represents a big challenge for Tszyu having fought a vast majority of his career at super-welterweight however most recently stepping up to take on WBC middleweight champion Jermall Charlo in December 2019.

UFC 262: Oliveira v Chandler

The UFC’s all-time leader in submission victories will be looking to make another statement here.

UFC 263 LIVE from Gila River Arena, Glendale, Arizona

MAIN EVENT this Sunday, June 13 from 12pm AEST

UFC travels to Glendale, Arizona for UFC 263 headlined by a trilogy of unmissable fights including two explosive rematch title bouts. A UFC Middleweight Championship bout between current champion Israel Adesanya and Marvin Vettori , as well as a UFC Flyweight Championship bout between current champion Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno.

Current Middleweight champion and New Zealand’s Adesanya will go up against Martin Vettori once again. The pair previously met at UFC on Fox: Poirier v Gatheje where Adesanya won via split decision. Vettori on the other hand will be looking to dethrone the champion in the hopes of becoming Italy’s first UFC titleholder.

The co-main event will be another rematch for the UFC Flyweight Championship with Figueiredo and Moreno going head-to-head. This pair met at UFC 256 in December 2020 with Figueiredo retaining the title scoring a majority draw.

Completing a trilogy of explosive fights, Leon Edwards will attempt to extend his nine fight unbeaten streak against returning star and former UFC Lightweight Championship challenger Nate Diaz in a Welterweight bout set to make history marking the first time in UFC that a non-title bout will be contested over five rounds.

After a successful win against UFC superstar Mark Hunt and most recently a KO in the first round against former world champion Lucas Browne, Gallen (11-0-1) makes his return to the ring taking on 22-year-old Huni.

His opponent, Australian heavyweight championship Justis Huni is one of the country’s most exciting prospects and will be looking to seal a win in this bout to create a name for himself on the world stage as he heads into the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
