Kayo Sports

This is very similar to the DAZN app now…

the DAZN interface is pretty

Worlds most expensive streaming service no longer runs like dogshit on a $1500+ television

Yep. Also 4K replays have disappeared…Not sure if it’s a systemwide problem for all users. It was available prior to the big update

On the premium plan as well. Stan is 4K

Is there a way to see codec/bitrate/picture quality?

Update your app to 6.0.2

It’s an improvement to the old version

Has the app been updated on Firestick??

Is there a way to see codec/bitrate/picture quality?

Looks like the extra settings function where it showed codec/quality etc has gone from both Web and App. On the Android TV Kayo app, the 4k landing pages have gone but I tried some of the AFL/NRL match replays and they still show in 4K - it just doesn’t show you anymore before you press play. I guess they would call this a ‘uniform UI’ across platforms regardless of capable hardware lol

Just checked, you no longer have to change subscription tiers etc via Hubbl, it’s all under Kayo Sports settings. I assume the same thing’s happened with Binge?

Good job team DAZN

And they wonder why people resort to piracy.

7+ does have the stream. And if people are watching it illegally then wouldn’t that be the host broadcast which is 7?

Well, the piracy issue is nonexistent tonight because of a free option. But consider times that 7 doesn’t have the rights.

Like Saturdays for the next two months.

The new Kayo on my TV keeps crashing when I’m watching March Madness on ESPN.

Off to Disney+ I go…

Kayo has been so much smoother on my Hubbl device. It used to struggle with the 4K content to the point that I had to turn off the 4K content to watch on Hubbl or watch from the Kayo app on my TV instead for it to work. Now it’s smooth as and just works.

TIM TSZYU SET FOR EASTER SUNDAY SHOWDOWN AGAINST UNDEFEATED CONTENDER DENIS NURJA

]

Tim Tszyu (26 wins, 3 losses) will look to continue his rise through the super-welterweight rankings when he takes on undefeated Albanian Denis Nurja (20 wins, 0 losses) at the Wollongong Entertainment Centre on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026.

Tszyu will headline a blockbuster No Limit Boxing card that will also feature the homecoming of Sam Goodman (21 wins, 1 loss), who will square off with Mexican Rodrigo Ruiz (23 wins, 1 loss) and the second professional fight of Nelson Asofa Solomona (1 win, 0 losses) who will fight former NRL player Jarrod Wallace (Pro-Debut).

Main Event on Kayo SPORTS and Foxtel will give fans around the country a ringside seat to this spectacular Easter Sunday card with live and exclusive coverage to commence from 11am AEDT.

Tim Tszyu returns to the ring for the first time in 2026 for a must-win showdown against the highly touted Denis Nurja.

Victory for Tszyu could lead to a potential super-fight against former WBC, IBF and WBA welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. later this year, although the 31-year-old is not getting too carried away, declaring his focus is solely on ending Nurja’s undefeated run.

“Nurja is a very tricky opponent. He is hard to hit, and I know that I am going to have to be at my best to overcome him,” Tszyu said.

“I’m sure he’s confident but he has never fought anyone like me before. I’ve had an excellent preparation with my team in Florida, and I want to return to Australia ready to take care of business.

“I haven’t though too much past this fight to be honest. My job is to take out each opponent that is put in front of me. That starts with Nurja and I want to put on a performance for my fans and show the rest of the world that Tim Tszyu is back!”

Joining Tszyu on the Easter Sunday card will be heavyweight sensation and crossover star Nelson Asofa-Solomona, who will make his highly anticipated to boxing when he takes on another former NRL player in Jarrod Wallace.

‘Big Nelson’ who stands at a towering 6′7″ was devastating in his professional debut earlier this year and is hoping for an equally impressive performance against Wallace.

“My focus is making sure that my preparation is on point, and I am ready to go,” Asofa-Solomona said.

“I just want to keep getting better with each fight and I can’t wait for that bell to ring for Round One!”

Local hero Sam Goodman (21 wins, 1 loss) will round out the stacked pay-per-view card when he takes on Mexican warrior Rodrigo Ruiz (23 wins, 1 loss) in the IBF super-bantamweight world title eliminator.

Goodman was very impressive in his last bout against Tyler Blizzard, and will be aiming to secure a world title shot if he can overcome Ruiz.

“I treat every fight as if it’s my last and can’t wait to inflict some pain on Ruiz.

“I love fighting in Wollongong, in front of my hometown and on Easter Sunday I’m going to put on a show that will put the whole world on notice.”

No Limit Boxing CEO George Rose is delighted to assemble another spectacular card featuring the biggest names in Australian boxing.

“This promotion has a little bit of everything,” Rose said.

“The resurrection of Tim Tszyu continues while big Nelson Asofa-Solomona has already become a fan favourite for sports fans around the country.

“Then we have local legend Sam Goodman returning to Wollongong for a massive fight against the Mexican fighter Ruiz. These must win fights and I know the Australian public will get behind and support them.

“Tickets are selling very fast so make sure you get in now or catch it all live and exclusive on Main Event,” Rose said.
