They say that every season in every sport. ![]()
When you see the amount and quality of overseas players playing NBL and the fact there are more games this season make it bigger.
I am very much aware - I am a Kings member.
I was referring to the fact that every league says their new season is going to be the biggest and best season yet. Itâs a clichĂ©.
Yes, I agree this is a cliche line.
But I was just pointing out itâs not a cliche for the NBL this season particularily with the in season tournament games this year.
Like you I am a NBL club member with the 36ers.
The in season tournament is made up nonsense that means nothing - just like it is in the NBA.
Exactly. They shouldâve had it as a pre-season cup.
While the channels have disappeared, the GWS v Hawthorn AFL elimination final as well as all four AFLW games being played today are listed in DAZNâs coming up section:
It appears that testing is underway to integrate Kayo content in some form into DAZN. Wouldnât be surprised if an announcement about that occurs at Foxtelâs upfront next week.
I wouldnât be surprised if Kayo eventually gets rolled into DAZN, with the Kayo brand â and possibly even the FOX branding â being phased out. I could see it starting with a subtle change, like adding a DAZN watermark to the streams, and eventually transitioning to fully rebranded channels, such as âDAZN Sports 1,â and so on.
I also wouldnât be surprised if they announce the addition of DAZN-owned channels like Rally TV to Kayo in the near future.
I think the subtle DAZN branding has already been through a few times. I donât recall seeing ads for the Main Event fights as often as they appear now on the channels and they have DAZN branding and are a different style to what would have been ads on the Kayo stuff so I wouldnât be surprised if things are rebranded too in the future.
the club world cup channel was a DAZN channel with the DAZN watermarks. i just expect it to increase as a transtiiton and eventully take over
