The ABC Late News had a bit more info provided by the police spokesperson.
Police believe items belonging to both men were recovered from the skip bin. A phone, credit cards and keys.
The house in Paddington was rented by Mr Baird. His boyfriend Mr Davies lived in Waterloo but nothing suspicious was found there.
An argument was heard by neighbours at Paddington on Monday morning. There was activity on one of their social media accounts on Tuesday night.
Genuinely asking you who you meant by âwhoâ⌠not being rude.
All of this was known earlier this afternoon/evening, from what youâve shared (I didnât watch the report) it doesnât seem like any new information was broight to light.

ABC reporting:
10 have identified the man but ABC say they havenât confirmed ID.

More to come @10NewsFirst
Sydney Morning Herald reporting it was the officer in question who walked into Bondi Police Station this morning, so thereâs at least two news organisations reporting his name.
The Age knows how to get Melbourne readers to click, put AFL in the headline
Well he is actually an afl umpire. Was due to umpire a match on Thursday but didnât show.
